Land Acquisition and Compensation Regulations 2021
The current Land Acquisition and Compensation Regulations (LACR) 2010 (current regulations) will sunset on 22 June 2021. New regulations are needed to continue to support the effective operation of the Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986 from 22 June 2021.

Cost benefit assessment of options for banning combustible cladding
On 13 January 2021 the Minister for Planning, under section 192B(1) of the Building Act 1993, declared that some external wall cladding products are prohibited from being used by any person in the course of carrying out any building work in connection with buildings of Type A or Type B construction in Victoria. We provided advice on the costs and benefits of various options.
