Transfer of Land (Fees) and Subdivision (Registrar’s Fees) Regulations

Land registry fees are charged for services including: 

• registering property transactions (transfers, mortgages, leases) 
• searching the Register of land 
• registering plans of subdivision 
• other land registry services provided by Land Use Victoria.
