Infringement and Fines Reform Regulations

We prepared a RIS for the Department of Justice and Community Safety to:

• ensure the fines system in Victoria operates effectively and fairly
• recover, through the fees, the full cost of enforcing fines not dealt with on time
• ensure the fees are fair, simple to understand, and easy to administer.
