Resources Victoria is proposing to increase regulatory fees and charges for authority holders in the mining and quarrying sectors. Authority holders include holders of mineral licences, extractive industry work authorities, miners’ rights and tourist fossicking authorities.
We prepared the Regulatory Impact Statement for the Mineral Resources (Sustainable Development) (Mineral Industries) Amendment Regulations 2025 and the Mineral Resources (Sustainable Development) (Extractive Industries) Amendment Regulations 2025.
